Unit Price $21.45. 14 Mats per Carton. This mat is a 2 layer mat that is a larger version of the Bio-Check Cross-Linked Mat II. The XLPE foam has superior crush resistance over regular polyethylene foam. In fact, it can take tens of thousands compressions before it looses any thickness or resilience. The double layered mats are a combination of two different densities of XLPE foam. The outside surface is a 4 pound density foam and the center is 2 pound density foam. The 4 pound foam on the outside has more strength and abrasion resistance which helps it stand up to years of commercial use. It also has a polyethylene film baked into the surface which increases it’s abrasion resistance and keeps dirt and sweat out of any surface cells resulting in a clean and odor free mat for years. The thicker 2 pound middle layer foam adds softness, deflection and resilience for that plush pain free feeling when doing floor exercises.
